Working together to enhance and find your self-esteem, which in turn helps you to develop and thrive in relationships.
Lucy's use an integrative psychotherapeutic approach (which is a combination of varying psychotherapy methods), as she believes that we are all unique and one size does not fit all. Lucy is an accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) as well as a member of the Federation for Drugs and Alcohol practitioners (FDAP, SMMGP). Lucy is trained to deliver professional psychotherapy both in a one to one capacity and also delivering group therapy, having gained her Masters degree in Psychology.
